As a therapist, I use an integrative approach, combining different methods to best suit your needs. This includes Psychodynamic Therapy, which explores how past experiences shape your current behaviours, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps you change negative thought patterns. I specialise in Person-Centred Therapy, an empathetic approach that supports you in reaching your full potential.
With tools, techniques and powerful questions we dig deep to find out who you are, and how you want to live. In our sessions together we will create an authentic and meaningful life that is uniquely yours.
How does Person-Centred Therapy work?
Person-centred therapy is a type of talk therapy where you, as the client, lead the conversation. In this approach, I, the therapist, act as a compassionate listener, offering support without judgement or direction. I won’t steer the conversation but will restate your words to help you explore your own thoughts and feelings more deeply. My role is to create a safe space where you can freely express yourself and discover what’s needed to heal and grow, without interruption, direction or interference.
Changing behaviours by working from the outside in
The outcome of our sessions is a new relationship with the self, based on compassion, understanding and self-compassion. Finally, we can lay the ghosts of the past to rest.
The psychotherapeutic relationship can help you work through depression, anxiety, stress, or general feelings of being stuck or disconnected. I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, leading to greater self-understanding and positivity.
As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I will provide empathy, honesty, and unconditional positive regard to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
Together, we will explore your challenges at your own pace, drawing from Peron-Centred Therapy, and approaches like CBT and Psychodynamic therapy, to help you find your own answers and strengths.

First of all I provide a professional and confidential service tailored to your needs. When you first reach out, we will discuss your unique situation and arrange a suitable time and date for your first session. The initial session is about getting to know each other and understanding what’s affecting you, allowing me to outline how I can help. From there, we can decide on the number of sessions and frequency that works best for you.
